1. The day is considered as 24 hours from check-in time. Any part of it is also counted as one day.
2. Locker facility is available from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. You may keep your valuables and cash in the locker. Any loss of articles from your room will be at your risk and responsibility.
3. The rent must be cleared every third day.
4. Any extra person staying in the room after 10:00 p.m. will be charged extra.
5. Any damage done to the lodging property will be recovered from the lodger.
6. The management reserves the right to open the room lock and take necessary action if the room is locked continuously for 24 hours without intimation to us.
7. Room services are available only through the shops and restaurants attached to our building between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
8. Hot water for bath is available only from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
9. No cheque payment for rent is acceptable.
10. You may avail the washerman's service at your own responsibility.
11. Any misbehavior or disturbance by the inmates will result in vacating them immediately.
12. Lift service will not be available from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
13. Pet animals are not allowed inside the lodge.
14. Any lapse by our staff and workers should be brought to the notice of the management.
1.ಕೊಠಡಿಯನ್ನು ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಪಡೆದ ವೇಳೆಯಿಂದ 24 ತಾಸುಗಳ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ದಿನವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. 24 ತಾಸುಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಒಂದು ದಿನವೆಂದು ಎಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
2.ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 7.00 ಘಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ರಾತ್ರಿ 9.00 ರವರೆಗೆ ಲಾಕರ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಬೆಲೆಬಾಳುವ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ನಗದು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಲಾಕರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿಡುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೊಠಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಕಳುವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಲ್ಲ
3.ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳಿಗೊಮ್ಮೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
4.ರಾತ್ರಿ 10.00 ಘಂಟೆಯ ನಂತರ ಕೊಠಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಇರುವಿಕೆಗೆ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
5. ವಸತಿ ಗೃಹದ ಯಾವ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಡಿಗೆದಾರರು ಹಾಳುಮಾಡಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ತೆರಬೇಕಾಗುವುದು.
6. ಕೊಠಡಿಯನ್ನು ಸತತ 24 ಘಂಟೆಗಳವರೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಾರದೇ ಬೀಗ ಹಾಕಿಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಗ ತೆರೆದು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್ ಮೆಂಟ್ ಗಿದೆ.
7.ಕೊಠಡಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಟ್ಟಡಕ್ಕೆ ತಾಗಿರುವ ಅಂಗಡಿ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ವಸ್ತು ತಿನಿಸುಗಳ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 6.00 ಘಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ರಾತ್ರಿ 10.00 ವರೆಗೆ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
8.ಸ್ನಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಸಿನೀರು ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 6.00 ರಿಂದ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10.00 ಘಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
9.ಬಾಡಿಗೆಯ ಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು ಚಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
10. ದೋಬಿಯ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಿಂದ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
11.ಕೊರಡಿದಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಗಲಾಟೆ, ಅಡಿಸ್ತು, ಅವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೊಠಡಿಯಿಂದ ಖಾಲಿಮಾಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
12.ಲಿಫ್ಟ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವು ರಾತ್ರಿ 11.00 ಘಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 5.00 ರವರೆಗೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
13. ಸಾಕು ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸತಿ ಗೃಹದೊಳಗೆ ತರಕೂಡದು.
14. ನಮ್ಮ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವರ್ಗದಿಂದ ಏನಾದರೂ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್ ಮೆಂಟ್ ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
