Locker Facility: Available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Valuables and cash should be kept in the locker.

Payment: Rent must be cleared every third day. No cheque payments are accepted for rent.

Additional Charges: Any extra person staying in the room after 10:00 PM will be charged extra.

Damages: Any damage to the property will be recovered from the lodger.

Management Rights: The management reserves the right to open the room lock after 24 hours of continuous locking.

Room Services: Available only through attached shops and restaurants between 6:30 AM and 10:00 PM.

Hot Water: Available for bath from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Washerman's Service: Available at your own responsibility.

Misbehavior: Any misbehavior or disturbance will result in immediate eviction.

Lift Service: Not available from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Pets: Pet animals are not allowed inside the lodge.

Staff Lapses: Any lapse by our staff should be reported to the management immediately.

Booking Policy – No Cancellation or Refund: All bookings made through our website are final and non-refundable.

Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
